My name is Cat and I run the local Oswestry & Wrexham Endometriosis UK group. Our meetings are held every other month and as well as inviting speakers we enjoy having informal meetings.

Future meeting dates:

Thursday 25th September - Melanie Williams from the North East Wales Expert Patient Programme will be coming in to talk to us about the programme i.e the self management courses etc (I have also got details of courses running in Jan and Feb if anyone is interested - for the North East Wales area, Wrexham etc)

Thursday 13th November - Reflexologist, Sheila Elmer, will be coming to talk to us about other areas of treatment she uses, mainly the Dr Bach Flower Remedies.
